Clear & Fair IEP Services Billing
At Charm City Speech, all of our IEP services are charged at a rate of $120 per hour, billed in tenths of an hour increments(6 minute intervals). This pricing structure ensures fair and transparent billing for the services provided. Whether it is an IEP Review and Analysis, Collaboration and Communication, Goal Development and Recommendations, Accommodation and Modification, Attendance and Participation, Reviewing Progress and Adjustments, or Resources and Education, the hourly rate remains consistent.

We understand the importance of efficient and accurate billing, and our system ensures
that you are billed only for the actual duration of the service provided. Our professional
time is meticulously tracked, allowing for precise calculations based on tenths of an
hour increments. This approach ensures that you receive a fair and transparent
breakdown of charges for the specific services rendered.
Additionally, please note that any emails or phone calls beyond scheduling, which
require professional time and expertise, will also be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
This includes consultations, discussions, or any communication that involves providing
guidance, recommendations, or support beyond the initial scheduling process.
By offering these services at a competitive rate and transparent billing structure, we aim
to provide quality support and value to families and individuals seeking IEP advocacy
